FOCUS is an action sports beach festival in Madagascar where guests cross the lagoon with custom kites and sails as part of a unique, award-winning art project to reach a remote white beach. Each edition creates lasting impact for the local community in Tsiandamba.

The Rock Party
The first unique party location of the week: a rock formation transformed into a party venue for guests to enjoy at sunset.
Cwater Mission & Lagoon
Meet the local community and experience the impact of FOCUS in an authentic way, with a visit to the Cwater clean-water mission in Tsiandamba. Enjoy kite sessions on the lagoon and welcome the sailing fleet in the evening.
Art Project Shoot 1 & Lagoon Party
A day dedicated to the FOCUS art project: the custom sail handover, a group kite session on the lagoon, the FOCUS Art Project Exhibition and the Lagoon Party.
Art Project Shoot 2
Join local fishermen and the FOCUS community to bring the award-winning art project to life on the lagoon, create lasting memories and inspire others.
The FOCUS Downwinder
Experience the journey to the FOCUS Festival venue in Tsiandamba by custom kite or together with local fishermen in a traditional sailing pirogue.
Cwater Mission & Closing
The impact side of FOCUS: 2,000 clean-water jugs are donated to the community in Tsiandamba, supporting access to clean water long after the festival.
